David W. Neal

David joined Broome Associated Insurance in 2004 when he merged an independent agency he founded into the Broome Associated Team. David's background includes significant experience in helping different types of commercial companies plan and implement their insurance and risk management strategies. He also has extensive experience in providing Surety Bonding to the construction industry having served as a bond underwriter earlier in his career. David has a history of working with clients in meeting many different types of surety bond needs. His educational background includes a BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond in 1979. David has served on numerous committees' and boards serving the insurance industry and the communities in which he has resided.
